Many beverage bottlers know the problem: the filling of PET bottles on older machines which were originally equipped for glass bottles is more and more difficult because the material of these bottles becomes more light and instable. The new modification set developed by FAS eliminates this problem because the bottles are transported freely hanging through the machine. Existing bottle lift cylinders are no longer necessary. This system operates completely mechanically and can be assembled without effecting any major conversions. The simple construction of this modification set hardly requires any maintenance and offers a cost-efficient alternative compared with the acquisition of a new PET filler.
